Bob was great!! He knows his merchandise. He has a great personality and is able to answer all questions. We bought a bed from him because he made it so easy to do so. We get our Ned on Monday, I hope. I leave at 11:30 and will be gone til around 5.

We originally had an issue with another store first refusing to cancel an order for a mattress, then delay after delay with a complete lack of communication for nearly a month with trying to get the deposit back for the mattress order. After seemingly getting nowhere with the refund, we placed a very frustrated review for the other store. The very next day, Bob, the manager out of the Dalles, contacted us. He was quite understanding, listened to all of our information, and addressed all of our concerns. We have also already received the refund for the deposit. Obviously the issues did not need to happen in the first place for something this simple, but we are very appreciative of how efficient and professional Bob was in handling everything and would highly recommend anyone to deal with him or this store for their bedding purchasing needs.
